What time should I arrive to class?

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to start time.  New Clients - please arrive 10 minutes in advance to receive an introduction of the EVO and information on what to expect in class.

What do I bring?

Grip socks are required for the Lagree Method.  If you need socks we have a nice selection available for purchase in the Studio.  Please wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for fluid movement and stretching.   We have towels for use if you forget yours, and we have complimentary bottled water if you get thirsty!

What should I expect?

For first timers, one should understand that it takes a short time to get acclimated to the EVO and the general flow of the class.   Once you get in the flow of proper form, mechanics, tension settings and pace - you can expect a challenging workout (45 minutes) that will make you sweat and shake!  Don't worry! - You can rest as needed and make modifications to the workout to turn down the intensity.

How do I schedule classes?

You can schedule classes through this website by clicking SCHEDULE on the tabs at the top.  You can also book through mindbodyonline.com - search for The Woodlands Lagree.

What if I arrive late or miss a class?

You will be allowed to attend a class up to 5 minutes after start time.  Class cancellations must happen 8 hours prior to start time.  Anything later will be considered a late cancel or no show and you will be charged accordingly for the class.   

($15 for Late Cancels, $20 for No-Show)  


Class Pack holders will retain their missed class but will be charged the Late Cancel or No Show Fee.

How does the wait list work?

If you put yourself on a wait list for a class that is full, you will be notified via email or text if the spot has freed up and you have been been accepted.  If you do not remove yourself from the wait list and do not show up for a class that you have been accepted for, you will be charged for that reservation.

How often should I take class?

Our recommendation is 3-4 times a week for optimal results.  Remember though, everyone differs in fitness level and physical recovery times.  Rest for your body is important to achieve lasting results.
